These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RoastMySite service provided by Innovel Studio SAS. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose of the service

RoastMySite is an AI-powered landing page analysis service. The service lets you submit the URL of a web page to receive:

a free preview, showing the site's overall score and 2 of the 10 analysis categories;
upon a one-time payment, the full report, covering all 10 analysis categories, a prioritized action plan, and a downloadable PDF version of the report.

The terms of each of these two levels of access are set out in Sections 3 and 4 below.

3. Free preview

Every analysis starts with a free preview, at no cost, which includes:

The site's overall score and the detail of 2 of the 10 analysis categories
Results displayed directly in the interface
One free preview per visitor (identified by IP address and browser), renewable every 15 days, subject to an overall cap of 50 free previews per day across the whole site

This free access may be suspended or modified at any time at Innovel Studio's discretion, in particular for cost-control reasons.

4. Full report — one-time payment

Access to the full report is obtained through a one-time payment of €6.99 per roast. This is neither a subscription nor a recurring commitment: the payment does not trigger any renewal, any subsequent automatic charge, or any cancellation to be made.

A prioritized action plan
A downloadable PDF version of the report
Permanent access to the report via its unique link, with no account required

The payment is tied to a specific roast and does not grant access to full reports for other analyses: each unlock is a separate payment.

5. Price and billing

Pricing

Prices displayed on the site are in euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable VAT.

Payment

Payment for the full report is processed as a single transaction, before the report is generated, via the Stripe platform. Accepted payment methods are: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Invoicing

An invoice is generated after each payment and sent by email to the address provided. Invoices are retained in accordance with French tax law (6 years).

Price changes

Innovel Studio reserves the right to change the price of the full report at any time. Any change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect and has no impact on reports already unlocked.

6. Report delivery time

The full report is generated immediately after payment is confirmed. Estimated time: between 30 seconds and a few minutes, depending on the complexity of the page analyzed.

In the event of an unusually long delay (> 5 minutes), you will be notified by email with instructions on how to contact support.

7. Right of withdrawal

Express waiver due to immediate performance

Under Article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement, whereby the consumer thereby acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal.

This is exactly the case for the full report: it is generated and delivered within minutes of payment being confirmed. By confirming your payment, you expressly request the immediate generation of the report and you acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the report is delivered to you.

Voluntary refund policy

Separately from this legal position, Innovel Studio offers a goodwill refund: if the report does not meet your expectations, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to obtain a refund, with no justification required.

Exception — technical failure

If the report cannot be generated due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be issued automatically within 7 business days.

8. Terms of use

Legitimate use

You agree to use RoastMySite only for legitimate and lawful purposes. It is prohibited to:

Analyze sites you do not have the rights to
Attempt attacks or intrusion testing
Spam or automate requests without limit
Infringe copyright or intellectual property rights

Free previews and purchases

Each visitor, identified by the combination of their IP address and browser, gets one free preview renewable every 15 days (see Section 3), subject to an overall cap of 50 free previews per day across all visitors. Unlocking the full report is done through payment, on a per-roast, per-purchase basis; no limit applies to the number of purchases. Unusually intensive use may trigger a temporary restriction or an anti-fraud check.

Account suspension

Innovel Studio reserves the right to immediately suspend any account in the event of a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud.

Harmful content

You must not submit URLs containing malware, malicious content, or phishing sites. If detected, your account will be suspended.

9. Intellectual property

RoastMySite content

All elements of the service (platform, algorithms, reports, recommendations) are the exclusive property of Innovel Studio, protected by copyright.

Use of reports

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the generated reports for personal or professional purposes. You may download and share them, but not resell them without authorization.

User content

Submitted URLs remain your property. We only use metadata (not private content) to improve our service.

10. Liability and limitations

Limitation of liability

Reports generated by RoastMySite are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of results.

"As is" service

RoastMySite is provided "as is" without any warranty regarding:

The accuracy of the analysis or recommendations
Continuous availability of the service
The absence of errors or bugs
The achievement of specific results (conversions, traffic, etc.)

Limitation of damages

Innovel Studio shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Availability

We strive to maintain 99% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates and technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

11. Service interruption and termination

Innovel Studio's rights

Innovel Studio reserves the right, at any time, to:

Modify, suspend or discontinue the service (with notice where possible)
Modify features or the price of the full report
Deny access to a user in breach of these Terms

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. It will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Permanent discontinuation

In the event of the permanent discontinuation of the service, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance and ensure data can be retrieved.

12. Personal data and GDPR

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which supplements these Terms.

By using RoastMySite, you agree to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Regional limitations

RoastMySite is primarily intended for users in France and Europe. Users located outside these regions use the service at their own risk with respect to compliance with their local laws.

14. Changes to these Terms

Innovel Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. They comply with the French Consumer Code, the French Commercial Code, and European Directive 2011/83/EU.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, in particular the courts of Paris.

16. Final provisions

Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, it will be removed and the remaining clauses will remain in effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Innovel Studio regarding the use of RoastMySite.

No waiver

Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Languages

These Terms are available in French, English and Spanish. In the event of a conflict of interpretation, the French version prevails.
